Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Role Definition** As a Product Service Consultant at Caterpillar, you will be an integral part of the Cat® Large Wheel Loader, Wheel Dozer, Soil and Landfill compactor Product Support team. This role focuses on supporting the Caterpillar Global Dealer network by addressing any requests for assistance and technical inquiries with machines down through the Dealer Solution Network (DSN) System. **Responsibilities** • Manage Dealers Solution Network tickets assigned to tier 2 level for repair consultation, troubleshooting support, and assist with parts procurement keeping high levels of customer/dealer satisfaction. • Support the Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) process with input to the product support team on emerging issues and in creating Built In Quality (BIQ) projects. • Closely collaborate with the Service, Engineering teams and Subject Matter Experts in supporting problem resolution and in service publications occasionally. • Support facility quality teams occasionally with technical or troubleshooting inquiries including the End to End Sort 0-2MIS External Defects Reviews. **Top Candidate Will Have:** • Experience in operations, quality or test cell at one of our facilities • Experience with Mining, Quarry and/or Landfill Compactor equipment, application, troubleshooting, service, and maintenance repair processes & methods • Understanding of BIQ and CPI processes • Experience in technical writing & authoring proficiency, clear and concise writing.
