What the day will look like You will play a key part of a growing & forward-thinking portfolio solutions team. Aon is passionate about creating & developing propositions that are unique, keeping the client at the centre of our decisions around product structure & Insurer selection. Key responsibilities include: Working closely with Product Managers in the team to support the day-to-day management of existing propositions including analysis of data, supporting Insurer quarterly reviews and connected services. Project management support for product tenders and the opportunity to participate in the tender end to end. Contribution to building effective communications & reports for the wider business Management of our internal SharePoint site to ensure all information relating to our products remains current & up to date. Establish & develop working relationships with both external and internal stakeholders including Insurer partners, Technical experts, Product Governance, Aon Legal & our broking, client & claims colleagues. Understand how to articulate the value Aon products and solutions deliver to our clients. Using Insight to drive new ideas/innovative solutions. Commercial Insurance experience is required with knowledge across a broad range of insurance products. Experience of project management or similar abilities Strong interpersonal and prioritisation and skills with the ability to share knowledge with other colleagues & engage at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft offices products such as word, excel, and PowerPoint with excellent attention to detail.
