We are now looking for a Product & Skills Dealer Training, SM to join our newly created RBU (Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Sweden). 

How you can contribute and have an impact?
 

Dealer staff Training project management. Develop, deploy and manage Product and Sales training activity in order to support: 

1) Business operations  
2) Customer satisfaction  
3) Brand perception. Value human capital through utility, simplicity, reliability, engagement and speed. 

Create trustful relationships with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Product Planning, R&D, Sales, Customer Quality, Corporate Sales, Aftersales, Purchasing, etc.) through smooth communication and lead.  Take written brief structure and manage training development projects with agencies.  

EV Culture Promotion: 

Foster an understanding of electric vehicles (EVs) through targeted training initiatives.Equip teams with the knowledge to confidently discuss EV benefits, technology, and customer value propositions. 
 

Customer Promise Alignment: 

Ensure all training materials and programs reflect the company’s commitment to delivering the best customer experience.Train teams on soft skills and communication techniques to align interactions with brand values.Manage agencies and related budget.Ensure RBU buy-in of the program developed and support central programs deployment through proper and timely communication. Manage KPIs related to staff: Training completion, Full Confidence Index, Certification. Prepare and report on activity during various forums (Model Launch Committee, SteerCo, etc.) Organize and manage events like Train The Trainer (TTT), training events, Agency briefs, Trainers briefs. Manage own activity budget. 
 

What we look for:

6-8 years of experience of which field retail / vehicle product management. Strong Leadership is a must. Interest in Project Management.  Pragmatic and Value creation oriented.  Autonomy and networking ability.  Structured and analytical (multiple simultaneous inflow).  Interest in Learning activities and vehicle technologies.  Digital skills applicable to Learning and Development techniques.  Passion for EV. Customer centricity and understanding of brand’s strategy.Good practice of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, Access). Very good English language level is a must as well as fluency in at least one of the region’s native languages (French, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian).
