Job Overview
Densify is seeking a skilled and motivated Product Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team and help customers optimize compute infrastructures hosting AI workloads, including Kubernetes-based environments. This role focuses on leveraging Densify’s software to improve resource utilization, cost-efficiency, and performance for AI applications while collaborating closely with our sales and product teams.
In this position, you will work directly with customers to understand their unique needs, particularly for AI workloads, and guide them in using our platform to achieve optimization objectives. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in refining Densify’s product capabilities by contributing insights from customer interactions and technical expertise in Kubernetes infrastructure and managed AI solutions.
You will report to the Senior Vice President of Product and Operations, working closely with Product Management and Development teams to align customer needs with product innovation and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary technical expert for customers using Densify software to optimize compute infrastructure for AI workloads, including Kubernetes environments and managed service-based AI solutions.Solution Implementation: Collaborate with customers to implement and fine-tune optimization strategies tailored to AI workloads, providing demonstrations, best practices, and technical guidance.Collaboration with Sales: Partner with the sales team to understand customer environments, challenges, and goals, positioning Densify’s solutions effectively in the AI infrastructure optimization space.Product Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product Management to enhance Densify’s applicability to AI workload optimization.Proof of Concept (POC) Support: Design and execute successful POCs to showcase Densify’s value for AI use cases, including advanced Kubernetes configurations.Competitive Insights: Conduct research and prepare competitive analysis, articulating Densify’s strengths in optimizing compute resources for AI applications.Minimum Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in a technical sales, pre-sales, or consulting role with experience in optimizing Kubernetes-based infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and AI workload deployment.Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Kubernetes and common managed AI solutions. Familiarity with orchestration and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Helm) is a strong asset.AI Infrastructure Knowledge: Knowledge of AI workload-specific needs and best practices for compute optimization in enterprise environments.Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to present complex technical solutions to diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and business decision-makers.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Personal Attributes
