Responsible for selling Agilent consumables products – LC and GC columns, sample preparation technologies, supplies for HPLC, GC, spectroscopy and Mass Spectrometry workflows to end-user customers.
Responsible for generating new business in growth markets, new accounts or existing accounts, with a focus on new products and workflows, using technical and sales skills to uncover customer needs and propose solutions.
Uses data analytics to identify and develop target account lists. Collaborates with colleagues in consumables, instruments and service teams and with field marketing managers to create programs to generate funnel. Visits accounts, delivers workshops, consultations, seminars and trainings, including to Agilent and Distributor colleagues) to create demand. And works with sales colleagues and distributor representatives to insure that demand generated is converted into orders.
Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers and leverages technical expertise to develop higher-level relationships with opinion leaders.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
Post-graduate, certification and/or license may be required.
Typically, at least 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level.
