At Foundever in Copenhagen, we are currently looking for a Product Specialist to enrich a customer service team that provides customer service and technical support on behalf of one of our biggest clients – a medical company that delivers innovative and life changing products to diabetics. Reporting to our Training and Quality Manager, the primary responsibilities are to effectively support, coach and train a team of customer service advisors while also ensuring key metrics are consistently achieved. In this role, you will both be responsible for providing support and guidance for our customer service advisors in regard to our client’s products.
Job SummaryYour primary tasks:
As a Product Specialist, you are responsible for being the point of contact for our customer service advisors and the link between our client and operations. Your primary tasks will consist of, but are not limited to:
Helping to ensure the quality of the support on the client’s products Coaching and supporting the advisors Sharing knowledge and updates within the team Working with and solving complex cases Escalating cases to the internal support function of the client and follow them through to completionYou will work closely with a team of four other Specialists, who prioritize close collaboration, timely and efficient communication and knowledge sharing across teams.

Speak one or more of the Nordic languages and are fluent in English.
