The Product Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing applications support to pre-sales and post-sales activities.

You will be a part of the Marketing and Application Team and report to the Marketing and Application Manager responsible for providing applications support to pre-sales and post-sales activities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Provide the pre-sales and post-sales support for Diagnostic products to achieve the sales and profit goals in HK and Macau marketConduct customer training, instrument performance evaluation and troubleshootingBe the liaison or key-contact for HK front-line staff and provide support on product, technical and application issues to facilitate the dissemination of tech application and marketing info to the HK team.Plan, coordinate and monitor the execution of certain technical implementation, e.g. reagent reformulation updates, software upgrades, product corrections, etc.Assist sales team in product demonstration and promotion and sales tools development

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor or above in Biomedical Science or related subject; Registered MT is preferredPrevious experience in a clinical laboratory or related commercial field in the same capacity in an international organization;Strong logical thinking capability and analytical skills;High level integrity and commitment to work and self initiative;Possess strong language proficiency in Cantonese , English and and good PC skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Clinical microbiology and urinalysis laboratory

Proficiency in Cantonese, English, Mandarin and good PC skills.
