The Enterprise Product Consumer Data team is responsible for collection, standardization, and democratization of data across NBCUniversal to enable activation, monetization, and engagement in secure, privacy-centric ways.    We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Specialist to join our Enterprise Product Consumer Data team. As the Applications Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the execution, maintenance, and enhancement of features related to Applications and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). As the Applications Product Specialist, you will play a vital role in our data-driven environment, contributing to the growth and success of our products and services. Duties and Responsibilities:  The Applications Product Specialist will report to the Applications Manager, Product.  The Applications Product Specialist will: + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and leadership, to assist in executing product roadmap initiatives effectively.  + Contribute to the development and management of a knowledge base or documentation repository where product-related information and best practices are stored and easily accessible. + Assist in analyzing data collected from the product to derive insights and trends, helping the team make informed decisions + Help gather and analyze user feedback and customer surveys to identify areas for improvement and inform product development decisions. + Support the Applications Product Owner and Manager in defining and prioritizing tasks aligned with organizational goals. + Assist in documenting clear and comprehensive requirements for engineering tasks, ensuring alignment with stated product goals. + Participate in the implementation of product enhancements and improvements. + Monitor product performance and gather user feedback under the guidance of the Applications Product Manager, identifying areas for improvement. + Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and assist in gathering product requirements. + Provide support in obtaining appropriate business and legal approvals for data onboarding, access, and usage. + Assist in ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies. + All other duties as assigned.  Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. + 1+ year of product experience, product management and/or product development. + A basic understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and consumer data product development is a plus. + 1+ year of experience in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications, effective interpersonal skills, project management, and strong formal presentation abilities + 1+ year of experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Airtable. + Knowledge of data warehouses such as Snowflake and BigQuery is a plus. + Occasional overtime as needed depending on the demands of the business.  + Experience in Film / Television, Media, Technology, or a related field Preferred Qualifications:  + Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + An eagerness to build strong relationships with management and internal collaborators and partners.  + An interest in digital advertising and marketing technology stacks. + Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Fully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence. Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
