Quality & Customer Satisfaction (Q&CS) within Group Trucks Technology has the responsibility to lead product quality improvements to improve reliability, uptime & customer satisfaction. We are a global team of 250 colleagues in Sweden, France, United States and Brazil.
Technical Service (TS), within Quality & Customer Satisfaction, delivers technical support in product-related problems to our Market Companies (MC) and Dealers. TS also develops and communicates service solutions and acts as a back office to LAM Market Companies. TS is a part of the quality process, where we are the link between the market and GTT design departments. TS contributes to the Product Development process with field and aftermarket experience in coming vehicle and component projects.
Job DescriptionAs Product Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Dealers and Markets to resolve all heavy duty and medium duty Electric and Electronic related problems that might occur in customer trucks. It is also part of the responsibility of supporting Truck BEV (Battery Electric Vehicles) running in LAM. You will also be responsible for quickly developing containment actions to temporarily resolve customer issues.
You will act as the key person representing the market/end-customer in different product quality forums within GTT, as well as the product expert responsible for attending product quality conferences presenting the latest news and solutions to our customers.
Majority of your time is spent in the office where you remotely work with analyzes and support systems, however the job involves occasional traveling to investigate and resolve problems at customer locations.
