In this role, the Product Specialist I will play a key part in supporting customer onboarding and engagement, building training and marketing content, and gathering insights to guide product development. The ideal candidate is comfortable in front of an audience, willing to take on challenges in an evolving environment, and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers with varying viewpoints and communication styles. This position will also support backlog refinement and quality assurance activities in collaboration with the Product Manager and R&D team. **Job Duties** + Support onboarding and success for new and existing customers through training sessions, documentation, and ongoing engagement + Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly content including how-to videos, blog posts, presentations, and training guides + Represent the product in internal and external forums such as customer meetings, webinars, conferences, and training events + Interact directly with customers to gather qualitative feedback and identify areas for improvement, particularly in early adoption use cases + Demonstrate professionalism, active listening, and flexibility when engaging with diverse stakeholders, including customers with differing views or communication styles + Assist with light market research and competitor scanning to inform messaging and positioning + Collaborate with the Product Manager and R&D team to define Product Backlog Items (PBIs), defects, and test plans + Work with the Dev Team to ensure test scenarios reflect expected customer use cases + Support product readiness activities by validating new features against acceptance criteria + Contribute to go-to-market activities through the development of marketing collateral and customer-facing materials + Up to 20% domestic and international travel to visit customers, attend industry events, and support product training or promotion **Job Requirements** **EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:** + Entry level position + BS/BA degree required, in technical degree preferred + Experience working in a support role preferred **ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES** + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to work individually or in a team setting + Ability to work effectively with a global team + Strong organization and time-management skills + Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools + Working knowledge of JIRA and/or DevOps preferred _**_ **_*Many Evident positions are located at export-control-restricted work locations or require access to export-controlled information.
