Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we’ll emerge as the nation’s fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Product Specialist II to join our Device Go-To-Market Team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the successful launch and market positioning of our devices, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of our Go-To-Market strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing strategies across multiple consumer electronics vendors and Boost Mobile retail channels. Focus on optimizing device go-to-market processes, overcoming launch-gating bottlenecks, and ensuring quality, on-time product launches through meticulous planning and team collaboration. + Drive product adoption and market success by crafting compelling device positioning, executing targeted device go-to-market tactics, and equipping sales teams with effective tools and resources. Leverage customer insights and competitive analysis to enhance revenue growth and deepen customer engagement. + Serve as the primary source of device expertise for cross-functional teams, providing critical product information and insights. Lead presentations, facilitate discussions, and deliver actionable recommendations to support continuous business improvement and informed decision-making across the organization. + Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and retail partners, acting as a strategic liaison to align on shared objectives and drive collaborative initiatives. Leverage partnerships to identify growth opportunities, enhance product offerings, and achieve mutual business success. + Develop and manage comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for OEMs and internal device go-to-market processes, ensuring operational consistency, efficiency, and adaptability. Continuously refine procedures to support evolving business needs and improve execution quality. + Streamline cross-functional collaboration by leveraging tools such as Google Suite and Hive. Facilitate seamless communication and knowledge-sharing to improve workflow alignment, ensure process transparency, and enhance overall team productivity. + Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that emphasizes equity, supports effective teamwork, and encourages skill development. Promote clear communication, shared accountability, and a commitment to achieving individual and organizational goals. \#LI-LM1 **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience **Skills and Qualifications:** + Knowledge of device go-to-market strategies and product lifecycle management within the consumer electronics or telecommunications industry + Familiarity with vendor management and fostering productive relationships with OEMs and channel partners to achieve shared objectives + Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes that align with organizational objectives + Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring efficient task prioritization and execution in dynamic, fast-paced environments. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at conveying complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences, fostering collaboration at all organizational levels + Experience thriving in ambiguous environments, leveraging creativity and proactive problem-solving to navigate challenges and drive clarity + A results-oriented approach with a passion for identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering impactful, measurable outcomes + Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging collaboration tools such as Google Suite, Hive, or similar platforms to optimize team workflows and improve operational transparency + Experience working with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive process consistency and operational efficiency Visa sponsorship not available for this role. **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .
