Main duties
Build and maintain strong working relationships with your regions and CBC Indonesia branch network ensuring effective promotion of the nominated product and service rangePerform & analyze market analysis on competing products and brandsIdentify customer problems bearing & tools & industrial consumables products, investigate and create reports offering a solutionProvide the full suite of corrective serviceCustomer calls with sales teamDeliver product trainingDeliver documented safety, reliability and efficiency gains for CBC Indonesia clientsCollaborate with application teams and regional sales teamsComplete customer site surveys in conjunction with application and major accounts teamsParticipate in trade shows and expos of requiredMaintain accurate time/work logs and review and inspect relevant technician’s logsQualifications
Formal Technical Qualification (degree in a related field preferred)Extensive experience in the Industrial Business Segment area is desiredKnowledge of Industrial Bearing, Tools & Industrial ConsumablePortfolio of successful past projects requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong knowledge of the industry and market trendsCreative and passionate about creating solutions to customer problemsAbility to handle product sales and technical issues and conflict at all levelsAbility to deal with commercial issues and conflict at all levelsAbility to think strategically and plan effectivelyAbility to collaborate with different business functions while maintaining customer focusFlexible to travel to suppliers as required of the jobNot the right fit?
