The Product Specialist is responsible for setting up, rolling out and managing the business for the Spine products in the region of Madrid. The Product Specialist is responsible for supporting agents and distributors in the sales of the divisional products. He/She will provide customer support and teamwork with the regional franchise, particularly through partnership with the sales teams.

What you will do
Sell /demonstrate product lines within the operating theatre and clinical environmentProvide customer service to existing customers while also acquiring new customersPlan, execute and monitor all measures necessary to guarantee achievement of regional sales budget.This encompasses in particular:
Monthly Sales action plans coordinated with primary product sales teamIncrease usage of AIS product portfolio with interventionalistsHelp to improve communication between different target groups involved in AIS treatment (e.g. INR, Stroke Neurologist, Emergency Medical Services)Helps to generate better understanding of individual accounts (user habits, AIS and thrombectomy potential)Identify account-specific hurdles to adoption of mechanical thrombectomyDevelop and implement account-specific therapy development programs to drive adoption of Stryker’s AIS technologiesDrive referral business for target accounts (measurement based on AIS sales and account penetration)Helps to build up or optimize pre- and in-hospital processesSupport training of interventionalists, nurses, emergency medical services, neurologists (clinical evidence)Support new product launchesAttend interventions whenever requested by the physician.What you need
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing, pharma, biology, bio-engineering or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical fieldMinimum 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in Medical Devices or PharmaNative or C2 level of Spanish and advanced level of English (C1)Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Neurovascular products as Product Specialist or similarMBA or MastersStrong knowledge of the healthcare or medical devices industryFluent level of EnglishRole details:
