ABOUT THE ROLE :
Roles related to the sales and marketing of Healthcare products, maximizing value from the sale of products, and the identification and fostering of alliances and new business opportunities.
Promotes and sells technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers. Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices for such. Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. Produces revenue in line with the organization's and individual targets/quotas. Sells a portfolio of products and/or services including more than one of the job sub-groups below.
YOUR ROLE :
1. Managing the relationship
Build close relationships with key customers within respective sub-area management through regular visits.Plan, Propose, and Conduct, scientific activities for coverage customers to build strong sustainability relationships and increase adoption levels. Regularly update HCP Segmentation defined by Business Operation & InnovationImpacts the effectiveness of own work team through the quality and timeliness of the work produced.Largely works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines and gains some discretion in problem-solving.Understands how the team integrates with other teams to achieve overall objectives/targets of the area.2. Managing the market
Responsible for achieving business objectives in the assigned sub-area.Actively seek the HCP coverage opportunity and discuss further action with the superior.Activities covered are Availability, Productivity, Visibility, and Recommendation.Collect and communicate market intelligence data to the superior.Actively seek the coverage opportunity and discuss further action with the superior.Plan, Propose, and Conduct, public activities for patients to increase awareness of disease. This includes liaison with the Medical team in the event of direct awareness towards patients.Report significant trends in product acceptance, new products launched, and competitor activities.Managing distributor and/or sub-distributor by actively seeking coverage opportunities and discussing further action with superior.

WHO YOU ARE :
Bachelor's Degree with a relevant background such as Pharmacy, Medical, Chemistry, etc.Having min. 4 years experience in the same role as Product Specialist especially in Oncology productAble to operate Microsoft Office (MS Word, Powerpoint, MS Excel spreadsheet, IE)Able to do presentations with good data analyticHaving the coaching skills, analytical thinking, selling, negotiation, and key account management
