As the Product Specialist - Serum Work Area, you will be responsible to provide second level technical support for Roche Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay platforms and have product management responsibilities for selected Core Reagents.

What you will be working on:

The Product Specialist, Serum Work Area, is a national role where you will be required to:

Provide second level technical support to the Applications Team and our customers for SWA Systems 

Support the product management of selected CC/ IA on market reagents (Core Reagents which will be Immunosuppressives, Substrates and ISE) 

Deliver customer communications for the defined reagent portfolio responsibilities  in collaboration with other respective stakeholders including Regulatory, Solutions  and / or Applications 

Manage inventory to ensure customers receive goods on time and in full

Support the Serum Work Area Solution Managers in the definition and execution of Marketing strategies 

Develop product training tools for the defined portfolio to support our internal and external stakeholders

Work with the Sales and Support teams to deliver a positive customer experience by providing subject matter expertise

Share knowledge with respective internal and external stakeholders 

Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a problem solving mindset

Be customer focused, working to drive positive outcomes for both our customers and patients

You have:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Biochemistry or Immunochemistry

Previous experience working in a Biochemistry (routine) laboratory  preferred

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to  manage cross functional activities and stakeholders including Sales and Support, Regional and Global counterparts

This field based role requires full eligibility to live and work in Australia as visa and/or relocation support is not available for this role.
