**What You Can Expect**
Responsible for providing product service information to customers including distributors, associates, physicians, nurses and internal personnel regarding product lines.
**This is a hybrid position, 3 days on-site weekly in Warsaw, IN.**
**How You'll Create Impact**
+ Provide assistance to Product and Brand Managers as necessary.
+ Provide phone support and respond to product inquiries from sales associates and hospital personnel.
+ Work with marketing management to maintain the competitive products library, update and maintain product information in Zimmer Biomet’s data systems, provide meeting planning and support and assist with various projects as needed.

+ Ability to lead and influence others through detailed knowledge of orthopedic and medical device industry
+ Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Detailed knowledge of medical device business including the science, products (Zimmer Biomet and competitors), research and commercialization process, manufacturing, marketing, and sales.
+ Detailed knowledge of orthopedic market, products within assigned group, surgical process, selling process, regulatory process, development process, and marketing strategies.
+ Capable of understanding expectations and quickly acting on them.
+ Able to identify workflow issues and summarize requirements.
+ Ability to learn new computer systems quickly.
+ Knowledge of DCS, JDE, Live Link & Impromptu preferred.
**Your Background**
+ Bachelor’s Degree required; marketing emphasis preferred
+ 4+ years of marketing experience preferred
+ Familiarity with Zimmer Biomet products, procedures, and promotions preferred

Less than 10%
