Site Name: Středočeský kraj Posted Date: Feb 13 2025 The Product Specialist is responsible for driving business growth by identifying sales opportunities and managing service requirements for existing hospital accounts, outpatient clinics, GPs and other stakeholders in the Czech Republic. Responsible of GSK innovative products promotion to the respective stakeholder in the assigned territory and actively contribute to the launch and maximize potential of innovative products as well as leverage potential synergies across brands / therapeutic areas. Key portfolio areas for this role: Vaccines and Specialty portfolio Region: Praha Key Responsibilities: Focus on continuous customer insights, identify new targets and analysis of external environment to provide inputs for Commercial strategy. Identify and gather information on prospective customers to understand their needs and how the company's products can meet those needs Establishing and developing effective commercial relationships with hospitals and KOLs to promote and competitively sell products. Promote Vx adult and Specialty products to healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses and other stakeholders. Using and maximizing Omnichannel approach and new tools as AI. Achieve and exceed sales targes through effective territory / account management and strategic planning. Understand the evidence behind the products and be able to communicate and create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and tactics. Supporting the implementation of key marketing campaign in the assigned accounts which differentiate and enhance GSK’s standing in the healthcare market. Basic Qualifications 2-3 years Sales or medical experience in a pharmaceutical company Account management experience with different specialties Customer centric, business-oriented mindset and focus on delivering results Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving product growth PC skills (user level – Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Driving license B, with the ability to travel within territory and domestically as required. Native speaker of Czech language, combined with basic English language knowledge Preferred Qualifications University degree in life sciences Previous account management experience with Rheumatologist, Cardiologist, Nephrologist, Diabetologist will be high value AIFP certificate Advanced level of English Highly motivated, results oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Experience with centre care products / Specialty Care and GPs Experience with omnichannel approach.
