About the Role: We're looking for a Product Stewardship Advisor to join a fantastic team. If you're experienced in chemical regulations, product lifecycle management, and environmental health and safety (EHS), this role could be a great fit. You’ll help ensure we’re in compliance with regulations like TSCA, DSL, CEPA, and GHS, plus support global teams with compliance strategies and product stewardship practices.

What You’ll Do:

Keep the company in line with key chemical regulations in North America (TSCA, DSL, CEPA) and stay updated on new rules, Central America or Latin America experience a plus. Handle regulatory reporting like TSCA PMN, LVE, and NOC submissions, and track global regulatory changes. Assess new products to make sure they meet the required regulatory standards. Be the go-to expert for regulatory questions within the company (TSCA, RoHS, chemical classifications). Keep track of legislative updates, summarize key changes, and recommend compliance actions. Help classify chemicals under GHS and assist with creating and updating Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Guide global teams and manufacturing sites on best practices for staying compliant. Work on improving processes and help create and implement SOPs to ensure we stay on track with regulations. Provide training and resources to keep everyone informed about regulatory requirements.


What We’re Looking For:

Solid understanding of chemical regulations such as TSCA, DSL, CEPA, GHS, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, DOT, IMDG, and IATA. Experience with regulatory reporting and tools such as TSCA PMN/LVE/NOC submissions, substance volume tracking, and SAP EHS. Familiarity with hazard communication, (Safety Data Sheet) SDS creation, chemical classification, and managing chemical inventories. Ability to develop compliance strategies, handle risk assessments, and create SOPs to keep us on track. Good collaboration skills for working across teams and providing regulatory guidance. Bachelor's Degree: Flexible on focus

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience managing compliance for new product development and working with international teams. Experience maintaining compliance records and using databases such as SAP or Ariel WebInsight or the equivalent. A proactive approach to keeping up with regulatory changes and planning accordingly.
