What You’ll Do: 

Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources to provide insights into product and team performance. 

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools to track progress against OKRs, KPIs, and strategic priorities. Assist in the facilitation of planning and rhythm of business ceremonies by preparing performance data, visualizations, and status reports.  

Support dependency mapping and resource planning to inform roadmap decisions.  

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze risks, identify blockers, and track resolutions.  Assess the performance of planning processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.  

Provide detailed analysis of resource allocation, team capacity, and project status across development periods. Analyze stakeholder requests and aggregated product backlog data to identify investment opportunities and trends. 

Partner with finance teams to evaluate the business impact of initiatives and areas requiring additional investment. Maintain and enhance planning tools and templates to improve usability and adoption across teams.  

Support product operations by embedding best practices and delivering clear visibility into delivery health and performance metrics.   

What We’re Looking For: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in business and financial analysis.  

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.  

Experience in planning, resource management, or operational support in a Product or Technology environment.  

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences.  

Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.  

Experience working with OKRs/KPIs or similar performance measurement frameworks.  

Familiarity with tools like Jira, monday.com, Confluence, or equivalent project management systems.  

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts.  

Ability to create clear, concise, and organized documentation and presentations.  

Passion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
