Product Strategy Lead
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives. Define the overall product strategy for the small business customer base including key objectives, target segments, value proposition and growth plan. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify market gaps, opportunities, and threats. Analyze performance metrics and trends for the company's current product offerings. Lead the ideation and conceptualization of new products, features and enhancements to address the SMB customer segment needs. Communicate product vision to both internal and external stakeholders, building alignment and support. Identify partnership opportunities to extend reach and/or capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features, user needs, technical feasibility and business impact to create a robust product roadmap and prioritize initiatives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of products and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
