The Product Supply Team facilitates the manufacturing and supply of train communication systems to the customer projects and maintains strong operational relationships with the Siemens manufacturing facility in Chippenham as well as other internal and external stakeholders and key suppliers.

Responsible for end to end delivery of all product orders, including the picking and allocation of stock, creation of delivery notes, material transfers, courier bookings and consignment trackingCustomer / stakeholder contact point for deliveries for UK and international product ordersCreation and maintenance of order/project delivery schedulesCreate export documentation and raise clearance instructions to shipping agentsMaintain the export database and provide accurate data during ECC auditsManage end to end order processing, including acknowledgment of customer orders, validate and authorize variation requests, and resolve identified issuesRaise requests to purchase, place orders as directed and monitor progress with internal and external suppliersProvide delivery updates to assure the integrity of the business financial forecastSubmit invoicing requests in accordance with defined commercial contractsAssist in the preparation of customer quotations for ad-hoc product ordersEncourage continuous improvement to the quality of customer service and identify opportunities to implementAssist in the management of inventory based at site and distribution centres and provide accurate stock reports as requiredObtain supply updates from the manufacturing team and participate in manufacturing reviewsArrange and implement product inspections with business quality representativeMaintain the report of manufactured product and distribute to stakeholders as requiredAssist in the verification of build records and test certificates, ensuring any non-conformances are escalated to business quality departmentProcess returns and repairs for the businessAssist as and when required within the businessEncourage health and safety best practice at all timesYour success will be grounded by…
