Role Areas:

🚀 Innovation Supply Chain for Wipes:

Set up new tools for long-term capacity planning.Manage upstream finished product and material supply.Lead the process automation efforts.

🔧 Process Engineering for Wipes:

Support specific projects within the masterplan.Implement defined engineering work processes.

Responsibilities:

📊 Plan and prioritize, prepare budgets, supervise progress, and keep team members informed throughout the project lifecycle.🔄 Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.📈 Measure performance using suitable project management tools and techniques.🤝 Manage relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders.⚠️ Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.🛠 Delegate project tasks based on team members' strengths, skills, and experience levels.📊 Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.🌱 Continually develop leadership skills.

Job Qualifications

🎓 University/Bachelor Engineering graduate (Industrial Engineering preferred).

💻 Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
