Product Support Analyst, Pharmacy Services

Current Need:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Analyst for Pharmacy Services to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and triaging Salesforce tickets submitted by internal McKesson Macro Helix / Pharmacy Services team members, ensuring timely resolution, and providing support for system access and Okta. The role also involves documentation, monitoring ticket lifecycle, and collaborating with teams to resolve system and workflow issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting: Triage Salesforce tickets submitted by internal McKesson Macro Helix / Pharmacy Services team members related to Patient Assistance, Revenue Services, and/or Utilization Analytics.

Case Ticket Management: Monitor McKesson Macro Helix / Pharmacy Services tickets throughout their lifecycle to ensure timely resolution.

Technical Support: Assist customers and internal users with system access and Okta support for all Pharmacy Services systems.

Resolution Collaborate with the team to resolve system and workflow issues and/or forward them to the corresponding parties.

Documentation: Document requests, solutions, and support activities accurately and promptly.

Other Responsibilities: Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirement:

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience including Patient Assistance Program (PAP), customer service, and/or product support.

Critical Skills:

2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry; understanding of Patient Assistance and the 340B program is a plus.

Proficiency in Salesforce, Service Desk, and SharePoint.

Additional Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot, isolate, and lead complex issues to resolution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with diverse teams across McKesson or independently with minimal direction and supervision.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with Okta and other system access protocols is preferred.

Work Environment:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

This is a remote (work from home) role. Irving, TX is preferred, but not required.
