Product Support Associate

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.  

Deals with all forms of inquiries politely and professionally, always keeping our company’s reputation in front of mind. 

Gathers information and determines the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. 

Diagnoses and solves technical issues involving email clients, websites, DNS and more. 

Escalates valid issues to the appropriate channels with urgency, keeps self in a calm and composed state. 

Adheres to the QA policies at hand, ensures high quality service is provided to the customers. 

 

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. 

You are knowledgeable in email set-up using MS Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail. 

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

You must have good comprehension skills 

You must have the ability to work well as part of a team – exhibit objectively and is open-minded towards the ideas and views of others. 

You must have at least one year's customer service experience.
