Product Support Coordinator **McCoy Construction & Forestry** 1 Positions ID: 55189 Posted On 10/31/2024 **Job Overview** McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South Central Regions, has an opening for a Product Support Coordinator at our corporate office in Dubuque, IA. The Product Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the implementation of standard job pricing at the dealership and building and maintaining the standard job pricing database for all locations. Additionally, responsible to create all Preventative Maintenance Agreements for both whole good sales and aftermarket sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority): + Assists in implementing standardized job pricing processes that maximize service profitability. + Builds and maintains Standard Job Pricing database in Expert Services. + Reviews, modifies, and implements Deere prepared job times & steps from Marketing Service Times and Expert Services. + Reviews MCF work orders for potential standard job creation. + Leverage feedback from locations to add new or improve existing standard jobs. + Analyzes the efficiencies for existing standard jobs to determine if adjustments are needed. + Communicates changes/additions of job codes with necessary personnel within the organization. + Track and/or report on the progress of implementing standard job pricing. + Builds all Preventative Maintenance (PM) agreements for all MCF regions. + Drives consistency and accuracy in PM agreements to maximize the profitability of each agreement. + Develop monthly reports for PM Agreement sales. + Resident expert of SVAP and Expert Services. + Attends training sessions as needed. + Meet with service & parts leadership to discuss the process for the creation of PM agreements and the use of standard jobs.
