This entry-level position is ideal for an Electrical and Electronics Engineering professional, offering the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary technical team within a post-production support setting. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams spanning program management, service and test engineering, quality assurance, operations, and supply chain to resolve product issues and deliver effective solutions that improve customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include addressing product yield challenges, conducting Zero Hour return and field return investigations, driving product improvements and cost reduction efforts, and assisting with part shortages and supplier information requests for the control’s product line. The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
