We are currently looking for our future Product Support Engineer.
Who will you be working with?
You will work closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams, advocating for the customer in prioritization discussions.
How will you make a difference?
You will be an early adopter of new technology, with your feedback helping to shape ongoing development improvements.
What do we want to know from you?
Experience with Linux, Microsoft Server, IIS, SQL Server, and coding in languages like C, C++, Python, Java, HTML.Strong understanding of current network and communications technology.Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical system issues.Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams.Excellent oral and written communication, with attention to detail.Strong work ethic, customer service focus, and ability to work unsupervised.Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective customer relationships.Commitment to working safely and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation.What will your typical day look like?
Configure the system as appropriate to operate according to agreed customer requirementsPerform testing / verification of system operation and performance for configured systemsWork with services team to ensure successful deployment of new systemsWork with customers to deliver ongoing configuration changes to the system, ensuring adherence with customer change management requirementsSupport firmware, software and configuration updates to ensure the system operates as requiredPerform services as defined by Service Level Agreements or as part of project execution, remotely, in the office or on site as requiredOwn and provide technical support for our customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomesEngage with Product Managers to advocate for the customer in terms of quality, functionality and prioritizationWho are we?
