As a Product Support Engineer, you’ll provide high-level expertise to customer service teams worldwide, collaborating with developers, Product Owners, Product Managers, and technical leaders to resolve challenging issues and elevate product quality. You’ll have the opportunity to be a key mentor and resource for support consultants globally, giving you more scope for personal progression and career growth opportunities too!
This is a hybrid role - three days per week in our Lisbon office.
