Our client, a leader in engineering services, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Technical Support Engineer
**Location:** Greensboro, North Carolina
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide specialized technical assistance to dealers and stakeholders to resolve complex product technical concerns.
+ Facilitate the use of workshop tools and provide onsite training for customer support personnel.
+ Work independently with general supervision to address difficult technical problems.
+ Influence others within the job area through clear explanations of facts, policies, and practices.
+ Apply practical knowledge gained through education and relevant work experience.
**What's Needed?**
+ 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in technical support or a related field.
+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in using technical tools and software relevant to the role.
