As a Product Support Engineer, you will be part of the technical support department, supporting various stakeholders and dealers. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Product Support Engineer
**Location:** Greensboro, North Carolina
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide specialized technical assistance to dealers and stakeholders to resolve complex product technical concerns.
+ Facilitate the use of workshop tools and ensure effective troubleshooting processes.
+ Deliver onsite training for customer support personnel to enhance their technical capabilities.
+ Work independently with general supervision to address and resolve difficult problems.
+ Influence others within the job area through clear explanations of facts, policies, and practices.
**What's Needed?**
+ 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in automotive technical support or a related field.
+ Practical knowledge obtained through education and work experience.
+ Ability to work independently and manage complex technical issues.
+ Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
+ Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking.
