As a Product Support Engineer II, you will be using your skills to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our product and system prototypes. You'll be responsible for assessing our customer needs and determining the most appropriate technical solution for concept and prototype products and systems. You're technical responsibilities include product installation, testing, error/defect detection and correction, and coordinating the appropriate corrective action with engineers and operators.

Must-haves:

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or typically 2 or more years of related experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceBasic understanding of and some experience with wireless networks, tactical communications and personal computersCommunication and customer interface skillsUnderstanding of system level maintenance of networks and communications systems
