As a Product Support Engineer III, you will be using your skills and hands-on expertise to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our product and system prototypes. You'll be responsible for assessing our customer needs and determining the most appropriate technical solution for concept and prototype products and systems. You're technical responsibilities include product installation, testing, error/defect detection and correction, and coordinating the appropriate corrective action with engineers and operators.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or typically 6 or more years of related experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceHands-on experience with wireless networks, tactical communications and personal computersCommunication and customer interface skillsThorough understanding of system level maintenance of networks and communications systemsCurrent/ valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel internationallySuccessfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessmentWilling to deploy OCONUS on on average 45-60 days at a timeAbility to meet current DoD and Combatant Command restriction requirements for deployed locationAn active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance is required
