What you will do:

Provide in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiriesTroubleshoot problems with malfunctioning software applications and recommends corrective actionRespond to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessionsDocument customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product developmentRecreate and resolve client issues in test environment, identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes

What you bring:

BA or MA degree in: Computer Science, Finance, Math, Business, Management, Economics or similar2+ years of relevant experience in application support or financial services industryKnowledge in any of the following: programming, business analysis or implementation of software products a plusComputer/technical literacy (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point)Ability to work in IT-related environment and cooperating with cross-functional IT teamsAbility to work across functions and reporting lines to drive and achieve resultsExcellent written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsStrong desire to learn the products, processes, and related industriesTeam player and willing to progress in a rapidly changing environmentHighly motivated and keen to succeedFluency in English – speaking and writing
