You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application. \n \nAbout the team: \n \nWhat you will be doing: \n•\tHandle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing and payment. \n•\tProvide in-depth product support and researching client issues. \n•\tTroubleshoot problems with equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action. \n•\tDocument customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development. \n \nWhat you will need: \n•\tPrior banking experience preferred \n•\tStrong analytical, organizational and time management skills \n•\tThe ability to work independently \n•\tYou are an excellent communicator and strong problem-solver \n•\tKnowledge of FIS products a plus \n \nAdded bonus if you have: \n \nWhat we offer you:\nAt FIS, we hire the best.
