What You'll Do You will report to the Sr. Manager, Client Success – Property Tax. You will work from the Pune office. Avalara Property Tax is looking for a talented, highly motivated Product Support Specialist to join our team! This professional will play a key role in providing high quality support to our clients; responsible for providing frontline product support for our enterprise clients. What Your Responsibilities Will Be Provide on-going SaaS property tax product support for clients via email cases Manage client cases based on our support SLAs Coordinate with cross functional teams and provide thoughtful solutions for clients Track client requests and trending issues, what is most important to clients and how we can best support them Share feedback with the management team based on client interactions to improve the product and on-boarding experience What You'll Need to be Successful Excellent knowledge of Excel Experience working in different support channels like portal, chat, phone & Email Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced work environment with many projects and clients. Strong independent work ethic Adept problem solver Strong communication skills Results-driven Excellent knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce, Service now etc. Work during US business hours across multiple time zones.
