**Position Purpose:** A Product Support specialist/Inventory specialist participates in all the activities in our organization related to asset management lifecycle, order fulfillment, purchase ordering receiving, warehousing, and deploying IT equipment to the enterprise. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Fulfill orders to retail, non-retail and corporate locations + Receive assets from manufacturers and repair vendors + Allocate assets into appropriate inventories + Contribute inputs in process improvements + Cross-train new associates + Performs scheduled inventory counts and report the results + Performs periodic quality control of devices received + Provides shipping information to internal/external teams, stores, logistics sites and corporate users + Operates reach trucks and electric pallet jacks + Ensure accuracy in all warehouse activities **Environment** * Fast paced working environment * Warehouse could be noisy at times * No-climate control **Direct Manager/Direct Reports:** + Typically reports to the Product Support Supervisor, Product Support Manager or Sr. Manager. **Travel Requirements:** + Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. **Physical Requirements:** + Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. **Working Conditions:** + Located in a comfortable indoor area.
