Product Support Supervisor- Welding Hurricane, UT Job Type Full-time Description Product Support Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily operations of their team, ensuring the efficient and high-quality repairs are made on time and on budget. This role involves dispatching, and leading a team of technicians, managing service workflows, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective Customer Service, technical expertise, and adherence to safety and quality standards. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Building/Developing/Maintaining a top-notch team, performance management of employees, service Scheduling, managing employee schedules, facilitate communications between customers and employees with a focus on world class customer service. + Positive open-minded attitude willing to think outside of the box and present new ideas to achieve the product support objectives. + Understands the urgency of our industries and the importance of equipment availability to our customers. + Work closely with all product support management to develop solutions to any customer concerns/problems in a timely manner. + Oversee personnel schedules to make sure all-time commitments to customers are covered, while watching expenses closely. + Interact with fellow co-workers, having the desire and ability to develop people. + Understand problem ownership.
