As a Data Governance Lead within the Payments Product Taxonomy team, you will be tasked with managing a comprehensive data governance program and spearheading all taxonomy-related initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with over 100 Product Owners and Business Platform Owners to ensure the continued success of the Taxonomy.

Job Responsibilities

Enhance governing framework so that the Taxonomy program is effective for the growing use casesDefine roles and responsibilities to ensure alignment and appropriate oversightUpgrade operating model for all Data Owners to manage, and obtain approvals, for their productsBuild a connection with Change Management processes to reconcile product changesManage alignment with key partners such as Commercialization Teams and MarketingEstablish working relationships and interface with Product, Technology, and other subject matter expertsMonitor progress and outline key metrics for the Taxonomy 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.Significant professional experience in data and/or control functions
