Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

Defining test strategies at the PCB level and contributing to layout design to ensure the testability of new products.Further:•\tDevelopment of test programs and component programming from prototype to series production.•\tDesign of new test equipment and adaptations.•\tSelection of test methods and contact solutions.•\tActing as an interface between our research & development department and production.

Qualifications for the role

Completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL).Passion for hardware and electronic circuits.Strong knowledge of electronic components and their functionality.Innovative mindset and team spirit.Independent and systematic working style with high self-initiative.Affinity for quality topics and analytical thinking.Excellent German and English skills.
