QualificationsUniversity degree in technical field is a requirementMinimum 3 years of experience in engineering areaExperience in optimizing and developing production processesExperience in embedded software development on server infrastructure (Linux) is a plusAbility to present achievements and challenges to managementHigh commitment to company, plant, and department targetsAbility to deal with conflict and have a structured and solving problem systematic approachTeam orientation, team-playerGood communication skillsAdvanced English skills
