The Product Training Specialist will assist with conducting customer technical training needs including determination of appropriate training content. This role will use specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, and update training materials for customer training.
**YOUR IMPACT:**
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
+ Assist in leading technical instruction, both presentation based and hands on, to an audience of customers on various vehicle platforms.
+ Assist in the curriculum development of course content by providing technical support and vehicle knowledge.
+ Participate in course content reviews and pilot courses.
+ Provide feedback from customers on course content and vehicle support.
+ Assist in training material updates by providing technical and procedural change information necessary to maintain currency of course materials.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ High School Diploma or its equivalent.
+ Experience in heavy truck operation and maintenance.
+ Ability to travel 60%.
**STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Technical and mechanical aptitude.
+ Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
+ Knowledge and experience with Oshkosh Defense vehicles.
+ Understanding of military defense vehicles.
+ Experience conducting training to a variety of audiences.

**Pay Range:**
$63,500.00 - $101,700.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
