We are seeking a visionary and strategically-minded Vice President of Product Management to lead the strategy and execution for our suite of Value-Based Care products, with a specific focus on how these solutions can enable the evaluation, development, and optimization of clinical service lines within a value-based framework. This role demands a leader who understands the intricacies of both VBC technology and the operational realities of building and managing effective clinical service lines.
**Job Description:**
**The Opportunity:**
As the Vice President of Product Management for Value-Based Care Solutions & Clinical Service Line Development, you will be a pivotal member of our leadership team, responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core VBC offerings, with a significant emphasis on their application to clinical service line strategy. You will lead a talented team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, clinical leadership, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver innovative and market-leading solutions that address the complex needs of organizations transitioning to and thriving in value-based care, particularly as it relates to the design and performance of their clinical service lines. Your deep understanding of VBC principles, coupled with your proven experience in building and scaling successful healthcare technology products (especially in analytics and performance management), and a strong grasp of clinical service line development and optimization, will be essential to our continued growth and impact.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Develop and articulate a clear, compelling product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Lumeris's suite of Value-Based Care products, with a specific focus on how these solutions can be leveraged to evaluate the performance, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and support the strategic development of clinical service lines within a VBC context.
+ Lead comprehensive market research, customer discovery (engaging with physician leaders, service line administrators, and payer executives), and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and emerging trends in both VBC technology and the strategic management of clinical service lines.
+ Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy and a deep understanding of user workflows and pain points in value-based care delivery, administration, and the operational management of clinical service lines.
+ Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization through development, launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration based on performance data and customer feedback, with a keen focus on how our tools can empower the strategic growth and efficiency of clinical service lines.
+ Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and a deep understanding of both VBC principles and clinical service line dynamics.
+ Collaborate effectively with engineering, data science, UX/UI design, clinical leadership, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development, successful market positioning, and effective go-to-market strategies that highlight the value proposition for clinical service line development within VBC.
+ Leverage your deep understanding of healthcare data, analytics methodologies, risk adjustment models, quality metrics, and **the key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to clinical service line performance (e.g., patient volume, referral patterns, leakage, cost per case, outcomes)** to enhance our existing products and identify opportunities for new, innovative solutions that directly support the evaluation and building of effective clinical service lines.
+ Stay abreast of the evolving value-based care landscape, including new payment models, regulatory changes, and technological advancements, and translate these insights into strategic product decisions, particularly as they relate to the strategic growth and optimization of clinical service lines.
+ Present product strategy, roadmap, and performance updates to the executive leadership team and other key stakeholders, emphasizing the role of our solutions in enabling successful clinical service line development within a VBC framework.
+ Champion a data-driven approach to product management, utilizing analytics and key performance indicators (including those specific to clinical service lines) to inform decision-making and measure product success.
+ Foster strong relationships with key clients to understand their evolving needs in both VBC and clinical service line management, ensuring our products are delivering maximum value in these critical areas.
**What You'll Bring:**
+ 10+ years of progressive product management experience in the healthcare technology industry, with a significant focus on value-based care solutions and **demonstrable experience in understanding and addressing the strategic and operational needs of clinical service lines.**
+ Proven track record of successfully defining, launching, and scaling enterprise-level healthcare software products that have demonstrated tangible impact in value-based care environments, **ideally with specific examples of how your products have supported the growth or optimization of clinical service lines.**

+ Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of healthcare data, data warehousing, business intelligence, statistical modeling principles, **and the specific data and metrics relevant to evaluating and managing clinical service line performance.**
+ Experience with risk adjustment methodologies (e.g., HCC coding) and their application in technology solutions, **as well as an understanding of how risk impacts different clinical service lines.**
+ Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex market dynamics and customer needs (including the unique needs of clinical service line leaders) into actionable product plans.
