Overview\n

Employee must be willing and able to work in different aspects of the beef packing industry. Ability to work in hot\/humid conditions and stand for the entire shift. In addition, you will be required to wear all PPE and follow food and safety protocols.\n

Responsibilities\n

Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:\n\nCut, trim, skin, sort, and wash carcass in preparation for further processing.\nUse tools and machinery including, but not limited to, knives, wrap products, scales, grinders, and other hand or power tools.\n\n

Qualifications\n\nAbility to work around blood and other strong odors.\nAbility to perform repetative motion using your hands\/arms\/wrist\nAbility to lift, push, pull or carry objects\nMust be able to wear all PPE for job requirement\nMust follow all food and safety protocols\n
