This role requires hands-on mechanical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to read schematics, and perform assembly work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet for long periods, handling repetitive tasks, and collaborating effectively in a team setting.Responsibilities:Assemble and service trucks and vans using schematics and specialized toolsPerform troubleshooting and light mechanical repairs as neededLift and move up to 50 lbs with body strength and lifting aidsWork efficiently on a moving assembly line with a sense of urgencyCollaborate with team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals Qualifications and Requirements:High School Diploma or GED (required); technical certifications are a plusASE Certification and/or Ford Certification (preferred)Automotive mechanical and troubleshooting experienceStrong hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and mechanical aptitudeAbility to stand for long shifts and work in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license (required)Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screening Benefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $16.00/hourMedical, dental, and vision insurance options401(k) program with company participationWeekly payTraining and career growth opportunitiesYour New Organization:At our customer’s facility in Avon Lake, you’ll join a trusted leader in commercial fleet assembly and service.
