Successful candidates will join the highly engaged and motivated Superior Aluminum Alloys production team and perform various entry level tasks in our aluminum smelting operation including material handling, quality inspection, product packaging and labeling, housekeeping and other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities Operate material handling mobile equipment such as forkliftsPrepare various aluminum products for shipment including proper packaging and labelingInspect finished product for qualityComplete other tasks with their teammates as needed Qualifications Self-motivation and strong work ethicAbility to work well and communicate with a teamReliable attendance working 12-hour shifts on rotating 4-on/4-off scheduleFundamental math and reading skills with ability to learn various production processesPrevious manufacturing experience preferredPrevious forklift or similar mobile equipment experience preferred
