**Job Title: Production Worker ($21.06)** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team at a chemical re-packaging facility. This role involves taking in bulk chemicals, both liquid and powder, and re-packaging them into smaller sizes as requested by our clients. **Responsibilities** + Perform extensive manual labor. + Document and operate bottling and packaging equipment. + Follow structured documentation procedures. + Ensure compliance with GMP protocols. + Inspect and operate machinery. + Operate forklifts. + Assist with assembly and production tasks. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and write English. + Capability to lift 40-75 lbs. + Good tenure (1 year or extended tenure in career). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED preferred for some departments. + Experience with assembly, production, machine operation, and forklift operation. **Why Work Here?** We offer a stable work environment with very low turnover, ensuring job security and consistent work. We adhere to strict GMP protocols and provide necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) such as steel-toed boots and safety glasses. If prescription safety glasses are needed, they must be provided by the contractor. Shifts include 4x10s Monday to Thursday (1st and 2nd shift), 2x2x3 12-hour shifts, and a weekend shift (Friday to Sunday, 6am-6pm). There is no shift premium. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paris, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.06 - $21.06/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
