**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Employees will rotate between three different positions every 30 minutes. They will be responsible for packaging products into boxes, performing quality inspections on the products, and building boxes. They will be trained into an operator role, which will include the setup of machines, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as training other assistants. **Responsibilities** + Package products into boxes + Perform quality inspections on products + Build boxes + Set up machines + Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting + Train other assistants **Essential Skills** + 6 months of previous manufacturing experience within the last 2 years + Ability to lift 30lbs consistently + Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, and rotate through an 8-hour shift **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous manufacturing or production experience + High School Diploma is preferred but not required + Good attendance record, with references to verify **Why Work Here?** Join a company where you will have the opportunity to grow and learn new skills in a clean and modern facility. There is ample space for warehousing large rolls of tissue and boxes of finished products. The temperature is comfortable and controlled. There is some noise, but it is bearable, and hearing protection is available but not required. The company converts large rolls of tissue into facial tissue that will be packaged in boxes or travel-size packages. The shift is from 9 pm to 5 am, Sunday through Thursday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kaukauna, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
