What you would do as our Production Admin / Support Team Member

 

We are looking for someone who will help us support the order fulfilment for our customers.

 

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you would:

Process and expedite customers’ orders Liaise with customers and staff, build relationships and handle complaints if necessary Help to train operatives Help us maintain our safety and quality standards, and maintain our stock inventories Look after the digital printing activities – and you’ll receive training for this!

 

The skills and experience you need

 

We are looking for someone who:

 

has experience working in a similar role has excellent organisational skills feels confident with scheduling order delivery to meet customer requirements

Ideally, you would be a team player, with good communication skills and an energetic and positive approach to work! You are computer literate and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
