Responsibilities 1st Shift - Monday through Friday Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hr Pay Grade: HNX12 # of Openings: 1 Temporary 6 months with possibility Now Hiring at our Ada, Oklahoma manufacturing plant for an Administrative Assistant for our production office. The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at our textiles factory. This role is responsible for providing exceptional front-desk service by answering incoming calls, greeting and directing guests, and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant supports daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and organization within the factory. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, ensuring they are greeted warmly and directed appropriately. Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Manage visitor sign-in/out process and issue visitor badges as necessary. Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence. Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and managing calendars as needed. Order and maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is functional. Distribute internal communications and ensure bulletin boards are updated. Support various departments with clerical tasks, such as document preparation, report compilation, and recordkeeping. Ensure compliance with visitor protocols, including safety and confidentiality procedures. Qualifications Requirements: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Education preferred: Associate degree in a related field or educational academic equivalent.
