**Job Description Summary** In this role, you will learn Supply Chain management model by supporting the workforce analysis Team in industrial KPI measurement. **Job Description** **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** **In this role you will:** **Consolidate monthly workforce analysis at Plant level, driving variance analysis by shop** **Monitor performance KPIs and targets, ensuring the alignment with costs and efficiency** **Monitor and analyze production requirements** **Plan and forecast shops needs to ensure proper and optimized level of utilization of the workforce** **Support Manufacturing Target Cost definition during cost estimation** **Learn and apply technical method to measure routing time with stopwatch** **Analyze Hourly Direct/Indirect activities, and provide criteria for definition of the workforce needs** **Learn how to consolidate the Hourly Strategic Workforce Planning** **REQUIREMENTS:** **Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university** **High Proficiency in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint** **Ability to read and understand engineering drawing & technical specifications** **Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions** **Proven analytical and organizational ability** **EU Work Permit** **DESIRED:** **Good oral and written communication skills** **Proactive approach** **Perseverance, commitment and passion in driving results** **Ability to work in Team** **Additional Information** **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No GE Aerospace is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
